Car Truck Leasing Corp. was started as a subsidiary of Cavalier Ford, Inc. in
1935. Bob Burgess purchased the corporation in August, 1988. At that time we were located on the lot at Cavalier Ford. In 1990 Bob purchased 1.5 acres of land at 2153 Old Greenbrier Road in Chesapeake & built our existing facility.

As an independent dealership - we sell, rent & lease vehicles to the government, businesses and the general public.

Walter North has been in the auto & truck sales & leasing business since 1964 for various dealerships in the Tidewater area and has been employed at CTL since 1987.

Janette Leonard started with CTL in the rental department in 1989. Prior to that she was employed by Colonial Chevrolet for 13 years.
